1. Agreement to Terms
By purchasing, installing, or accessing LaunchNests Ship (including our web application, Model Context Protocol server, CLI tools, and platform playbooks), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not access or use the service.
2. License Grant & Scope
LaunchNests Ship grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access our platform playbooks and Model Context Protocol (MCP) server according to your purchased plan tier:
- Starter Single: Grants distribution rights for one (1) single software domain or application owned by you.
- Unlimited Lifetime: Grants perpetual distribution rights for unlimited software products and web applications owned by you, your company, or your agency clients.
You may not redistribute, resell, sublicense, scrape, or publicly republish the raw playbook documentation or reverse-engineer the proprietary cloud control plane.
3. Third-Party Platform Disclaimers & No Guarantees
LaunchNests Ship provides standardized instructions, guidance, and tools to facilitate software submissions to third-party directories, review sites, and communities.
We do not control, operate, or endorse third-party platforms (such as Product Hunt, SaaSHub, AlternativeTo, G2, or Capterra). Each third-party platform retains sole discretion regarding whether to accept, reject, queue, or remove software listings. LaunchNests Ship does not guarantee that any external platform will publish your submission, pass PageRank, or generate specific traffic or revenue.
4. Zero Credential Transmission & User Responsibility
All browser automation, credential entry, session cookie storage, and CAPTCHA solving occur locally on your workstation. You are exclusively responsible for safeguarding your personal login credentials, adhering to platform rules, and authorizing submissions.
5. Refunds & Digital Delivery
Because LaunchNests Ship delivers instant digital access to proprietary software playbooks and API tokens upon checkout, purchases are generally non-refundable once digital access is granted, except where required by mandatory consumer law.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, LaunchNests Ship and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the software or any third-party moderation actions.
