LaunchNests Ship is engineered with a strict local-first privacy architecture:

• Browser Automation: All web browser automation, form execution, and DOM interaction happen locally on your computer via your own Chrome or Chromium instance.
• Credentials & Cookies: We never transmit, store, intercept, or log your directory passwords, session cookies, 2FA tokens, or personal API keys.
• Cloud Control Plane: Our cloud server strictly exchanges platform playbook instructions, relevance scores, and submission state transitions.

2. Information We Collect

When you use LaunchNests Ship, we collect minimal information necessary to deliver and authenticate the service:

• Account Information: Your email address and authentication identifier when you log in or purchase a license.
• Product Launch Briefs: Information you voluntarily save in your project dashboard (product name, website URL, description, category tags) to enable playbook matching.
• Submission Status Logs: Verification events, submission timestamps, and canonical listing URLs recorded in your audit trail.

3. Payment Information

Payment transactions are processed securely through our merchant of record partner, Dodo Payments / Stripe. We do not store or process your credit card numbers or billing CVVs on our servers.

4. Analytics & Telemetry

We utilize privacy-preserving, cookieless analytics (Vercel Analytics) to monitor website performance and aggregate error rates. We do not sell, rent, or monetize your personal information to third parties or advertising networks.
